ZIIP™ ships to addresses in the United States from Las Vegas, NV.

We offer free Ground on all orders shipping to the contiguous US.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED?

If you would like to have your ZIIP delivered with signature required, please specify in the "Notes" section in checkout. If you choose this option, please know that we will only be able to deliver your product when you, or an authorized signer, is home. If you do not choose to ship with signature required, please bear in mind that your product will be shipped with UPS's or Fedex's standard delivery options, i.e. being left on your doorstep. After your ZIIP order is processed and ready to ship by, ZIIP Beauty can no longer alter your order or change shipping options.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ZIIP currently does not ship internationally. However, we have several retailers that do. Please visit our Stockists page for our authorized retailer list.

PROCESSING

After each order is placed, we process them in the order that they are received. We strive to ship each order within 48 hours, though processing times may be longer at certain times of the year. After processing, delivery date depends on the shipping method chosen during checkout. ZIIP offers ground, 2-day, and overnight shipping options. If you choose our free Ground shipping option, your order will generally arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on your location.

Our warehouse team takes a much deserved rest on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be processed the following week.

Returns

RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT

Defective devices may be exchanged for replacement under the warranty, within 2 years of receipt.

Please allow 14 business days to inspect your device. If your device is received in working condition, it will be shipped back to you as received (unless unopened and unused within 14 days).

RETURN OF PURCHASE

All unopened and unused product(s) purchased through ziipbeauty.com may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price.

Email support@ziipbeauty.com for a Return Authorization (RA) request. Product(s) returned without a RA (Return Authorization) number will not be accepted.

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. ZIIP does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product(s) being returned for a refund without an RA number. Send via an insured method & forward tracking details to support@ziipbeauty.com

Please allow 14 business days to inspect your product(s)/Kit. If purchased directly from the manufacturer and if a refund is applicable, credit will be applied back to the original method of purchase.

Please note that ZIIP BEAUTY does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for:

  • - Products purchased new from unauthorized distributors, or through unauthorized distribution channels
  • - Items that are not defective, unless unopened and unused (within 14 days)
  • - Products purchased more than two years ago
  • - Damages due to misuse, improper maintenance or repair, using alternate voltage source, or unauthorized modifications
  • - ZIIP devices used with any conductive medium other than those supplied by ZIIP Beauty
  • - Products returned without a valid itemized receipt
  • - Shipping charges

Products returned without an RA (Return Authorization) number will not be accepted.

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. ZIIP does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund without an RA number.
